Cable Bay Vineyard & Resturant – Waiheke (Auckland)

Wow & wow, not to be missed on a nice day is Cable Bay Vineyard. Sit on a bean bag out on the lawn and ahead lays before you the Auckland of City over the Hauraki Gouf.

Cable Bay is situated on the stunning west coast of Waiheke Island and includes vineyards, the winery, olive groves, organic gardens, two restaurants, private event spaces and a cellar door.

In 2013, Cable bay opened the wine bar and added the Verandah restaurant with an outdoor kitchen and wood-fired oven offering Mediterranean inspired food.

Cable bay produces premium hand crafted wines reflective of the terroir from the tow of our estate-owned vineyards located on Waiheke Island and in Marlborough. Both vineyards are accredited with New Zealand Sustainable Winegrowing and select vineyards are organic under the BioGro program.
