- Quality of the food & drink – An easy one to assess; did it taste good and present well?
- The level of service received – Yes, this can vary depending on the night, and who is serving, but generally speaking, a good restaurant will always have good service.
- Google rating – what score have other people already given this establishment? (if available)
- Would we go back? – On a scale of 1-10, how likely are we to return another time?
